*These materials involve invasive procedures prior to the installation. These invasive procedures may take days. The replacement of existing gypsum board (drywall) or the laminating of existing gypsum board is extremely labor intensive and time consuming. The scheduling and logistics of material disposal, lost time associated with additional building and code inspections, and the additional work required by other trades (i.e. MEP's) are typically cost prohibitive. Serenity Coating is the only sound abatement material that requires NO material disposal, NO additional inspections and NO invasive procedures.

**The labor costs associated with the installation of these materials are ~34% higher than the labor costs associated with a Serenity Coating installation. Serenity Coating may be installed using a single Allied Tradesman, such as a painting contractor, while QuietRock, Green Glue and Acoustiblok require a Carpentry contractor.
